Each bridge crane must hang the rated lifting capacity mark in a conspicuous position.
Driving bridge cranes is not allowed without a work permit and under the influence of alcohol.
In the course of work, the lead must not stand under the bridge crane, nor is it allowed to use the hook to carry people.
When operating a bridge crane, the operator must concentrate and must not speak, smoke or do things that are not related to work.
The interior of the bridge crane must be kept clean and must not contaminate equipment, tools, inflammables and dangerous goods.
Overhead cranes (мостовой кран грузоподъемностью 20 тонн) must not be overloaded.
When lifting heavy objects, liquid metal or explosive dangerous goods, the objects should be lifted slowly 100-200mm from the ground to test the reliability of the brake.
Carry out regular safety inspections and timely repairs and maintenance.
